We have several event logs that are very helpful in debugging Insights issues:
- The "Event Log" is the log of all identified events coming into the system. You can see the event log from Insights->"Event Log". In the Event Log you can drill down to specific events and see event attributes and mail merge values.
- The "Subscriber Event Details" can be accessed from the Subscribers tab. Find a subscriber and click the "View Full Event History" link. Here you can see all the events that a Subscriber has done.
- The "Workflow Log" is useful to debug the behavior of a workflow. This can be accessed from the Insights->Workflows section. Click on the gear for a specific workflow and you click "Log". Here you can see what has happened during each "execution" of a workflow.
