Insights DKIM

Please use the following instructions to create DKIM:

1. Contact support and provide:
  • The domain name name you will be using as your FROM EMAIL address
  • The Customer ID and Sub-Account ID (for if you have our multiuser framework)
2. Support will provide you with a set of CNAME DNS entries that you need to create.

For example:
        mail123.domain.com          CNAME    mail123.domain.statsauth01.com
        s1._domainkey.domain.com   CNAME   s1.domainkey.mail123.domain.statsauth01.com
        s2._domainkey.domain.com   CNAME   s2.domainkey.mail123.domain.statsauth01.com
3. If you are doing standard email marketing, then be sure to also setup DKIM per this article

4. Once you have setup the CNAME entries, notify our team that they are setup. DKIM will then be confirmed to be enabled.
